SUA Travel continues to design tailored journeys through Bali and beyond. SUA Villa is our first accommodation project, shaped by years of travelling to and spending time on the island.
The two services are separate: you can enquire about the villa without booking travel planning, and plan a journey with SUA without staying there.
The project
What to expect from SUA Villa.
One bedroom
A private, self-contained villa arranged across two levels.
Private pool
The project includes its own pool and outdoor area.
Close to the beach
Around 2 minutes by scooter from the beach and under 10 minutes from central Uluwatu.
Scooter journey times are approximate and may vary with traffic, route and the exact destination. Images show the current proposal; the final layout and finishes may change during construction.
Our relationship with Bali
How we want to be part of Bali.
SUA Villa is being developed under a leasehold of approximately 27 years. We do not own the land and, when the term ends, the villa will return to its Indonesian owners.
We want to take part in the local economy respectfully, learn from the people who live here and approach Balinese culture with humility and admiration.

The villa is under construction. Opening is planned for 2027, but the final date will depend on completion, checks and operational readiness.
