SUA applies privacy by design: we ask only for the information needed to help you, use no advertising pixels and embed no social-media content.

Who processes your data
The data controller is SUA Travel Studio. To ask a question or exercise your rights, email sua.travel.studio@gmail.com.
What we collect
Travel and villa enquiries include the details you provide: name, email, optional WhatsApp, preferences and trip information. Reviews also include the rating and text you wish to publish. Do not send passport, banking, health or other particularly sensitive information.
Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiries to respond and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal or call; the basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request. Reviews are published only with your permission and after moderation. We do not sell personal data or use it for behavioural advertising.
Who receives it
We use service providers strictly necessary to host the site, store enquiries and send email notifications. They operate under their own terms and safeguards. Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn receive information only when you choose to open their links.
How long we keep it
We keep each enquiry while needed to handle it and afterwards only for periods required to meet legal obligations or defend potential claims. Published reviews remain visible until you withdraw permission or they are no longer relevant; verification data is limited to moderating and managing the review.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw permission, by emailing the address above. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Cookies and local storage
We currently use no advertising or third-party analytics cookies. The app stores your Trip Canvas draft locally, remembers for the session if you closed the installation prompt and keeps essential technical files so it can work offline. This information stays on your device and can be cleared in browser settings.
Social media
SUA does not embed social feeds, pixels or buttons that load social-platform code. If you contact or interact with us on a platform, that network also processes information under its own policy. We will not use private messages, images or testimonials in campaigns without specific permission.
